 The 2016 Davis County Fair is hosting several special guests that are sure to please. This year,

the fair is giving Davis County a taste of the pirate life, featuring some gator entertainment, and

bringing back the always popular elephant show. Come enjoy the festivities at the Legacy Events

Center from August 17-20!

Pirates of the Sky: When there’s no ocean to be found, this group of Pirates take to the sky!

Participants will witness the death-defying acrobatics of this pirate troupe. Come watch as they

defy gravity and perform stunts over 50 feet in the air! Shows daily at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m..

Additional Saturday show at noon.

Gator Boys: As seen on Animal Planet, the Gator Boys will be providing some live gator

entertainment, including: wrangling, wresting, and other fun entertainment. Come see the scaly

reptiles and meet the Gator boys cast! Shows daily at 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Elephants: By popular demand, these gentle giants are returning to the Davis County Fair. The

playful creatures love to show off for the fair crowds and are delightfully entertaining. Shows

daily at 11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.

Come join the festivities without breaking the bank! The Davis County Fair provides a variety of

entertainment options without charging admission.

This year’s fair will feature free alligator and elephant shows, pirate acrobats, pony rides, petting zoo,

and a reptile encounter tent where you can play with snakes, lizards, and more. Evenings will also

include special ticketed events, including our rodeos and demolition derby.

A carnival and other booths and exhibits will operate throughout the fair. While enjoying some classic

fair foods, you can relax at the entertainment stage to see a variety of musical acts and performers.

We’re featuring several talented musical acts such as Paint the Woods, the Solarists, Festive People,

Conquer Monster, Madilyn Paige, Drew Danburry, and Robert Connolly of Fictionist. Other acts include

special performances from local dance groups, a showcase by Murphy’s Guitars, and comedic hypnotist

John Moyer. Every hour is filled with performances at the Davis Clipper main stage. Admission to the fair
